Refunds & Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, we’ll gladly refund or exchange them. Simply drop a mail to info@teknoshoecare.com within 14 days of delivery, explaining your issue and if you’d like us to refund you or supply you with a new product. Unfortunately delivery fees will not be included in the refund amount. Products must be in original packaging and we kindly require a copy of your original invoice to process the refund or exchange. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
